1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using Ai Nora Trading (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Ai Nora Trading provides AI-powered chart analysis, a Masaniello money-management calculator, a prop-firm challenge helper, and educational trading content. Plans are split into Free, Pro and Elite tiers. See Pricing for what is included on each.
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not place trades, hold client funds, or act as a broker, dealer or registered investment adviser.
3. Not financial advice and trading risk
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Output from the AI analyser, calculators, lessons, and any other feature is for educational use only.
- Trading any market (forex, crypto, stocks, futures or derivatives) carries substantial risk of loss.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- AI models can be wrong, biased, or hallucinate. Always verify before acting on any output.
- Consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making financial decisions.
4. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your authentication credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion where required by law or where the account violates these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Renewal occurs automatically.
- All fees are listed in USD. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout where applicable.
- You can cancel anytime via Settings → Manage Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before any price change at renewal.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful activity, including market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering or tax evasion.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, model weights or training data.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
- Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or is illegal, harassing or abusive.
- Bypass tier limits (e.g. via multiple accounts), automated scraping, or interact with the Service through any interface other than the official web app or API.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing or unsolicited marketing.
7. Intellectual property & your content
All Service content (software, lesson copy, designs, trademarks, AI prompts, and the Ai Nora Trading brand) is owned by Ai Nora Trading or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your subscription.
Your content stays yours. Charts you upload, trade journals, calculator sessions and challenge histories remain your property. You grant Ai Nora Trading a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit and process that content solely to provide the features you requested (e.g. send a chart to the AI provider for analysis).
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare, market-data feeds), and unforeseen incidents may degrade or interrupt access. We are not liable for losses (trading or otherwise) resulting from unavailability or delay.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Nora Trading and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Ai Nora Trading in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai Nora Trading from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for material breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any conduct described in section 6. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing support@ainoratrading.com.
Termination ends your license to use the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect, and reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Ai Nora Trading is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service is resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
