1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked, regardless of how much you used the AI quota or which features you tried.
The guarantee applies to Pro and Elite subscriptions, monthly and yearly. The Free tier is, of course, free. There is nothing to refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@ainoratrading.com with subject "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on your account.
- The Stripe receipt or PayPal transaction ID (optional, but speeds things up).
- A short note about why (optional, but feedback genuinely helps us improve).
We process refunds within 1 business day. After that, your bank or card issuer settles the refund within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Eligibility and exceptions
- First-time subscribers. Full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, regardless of usage.
- Yearly plans. Same 14-day window. After that, see section 4.
- Plan switches. Upgrades and downgrades inside the 14-day window do not reset the clock.
- Multiple accounts. The guarantee covers your first paid subscription per person, not per account. Repeat refund attempts on new accounts are not eligible.
- Account terminations. If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, the guarantee does not apply.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and the renewed period has not been actively used (no AI chart analyses run, no calculator sessions saved, no challenges created).
After the 7-day renewal window, you can cancel and your subscription ends at the close of the current paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods unless local law requires it.
5. What is not refundable
- Subscriptions cancelled outside the 14-day initial-purchase window where no qualifying renewal condition applies.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Disputes filed via chargeback (see section 7) before contacting us.
- One-time charges and add-ons. Currently none, listed for completeness.
6. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal (or PayPal management page). Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain full access through the end of the current paid period.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues (failed payments, accidental renewals, billing confusion) are resolved within minutes by email. Chargebacks add weeks of friction and fees on both sides.
Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeit the 14-day guarantee.
8. Local consumer law
Where local consumer-protection law (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, or Australian Consumer Law) gives you stronger rights than this policy, including longer cancellation windows or different refund mechanics, those rights prevail. Reach out and we will apply the better of the two.
